Found a dealer with the 04 Specailized Allez and free lifetime tune-ups with absolute %30 trade in value within 3yrs for $620...Everyone agree that it's a better deal than the Lemond Nevada City @ $569? Thanks by the way for all the help. I'm looking forward to getting into the sport, and will probabbly need help in the future. Thank you for all the input!

620 is the list (MSRP) for the Allez triple, I see them going for less than 600, but what is 20 bucks, right? But with life-time tune ups (found out what that encludes, cause that is a great deal, my shop just offers life time adjustments) and trade in, it sounds like a good deal.

The frame is much better and worth upgrades once the Sora wears out and is no longer serviceable. Make sure you test ride for comfort!

If you can wait, deals like these pop up often on e-bay. May save you several hundred dollars in the long run. Upgrading from 8 to 9 speed (now the standard road bike set-up) can get expensive $$$
