I am trying to find the cheapest place to buy cycling snacks, I like the Gu plain, and pretty much any kind of bar, Thanks.

I buy them at performance when they are on sale. There's probably cheaper places though.

I use a company called allstarhealth, flat rate shipping no matter how much you buy.. They have lots of brands and great prices.. 21.98 for 24 pack of gu.. They also have powerbar products, accelerade and many others..

I love the clif bloks and have never seen a lower price.. 15.40 for a 12 pack..

Your local supermarket or Walmart or Walgreens or other pharmacy will likely have them less expensive than any bicycle shop. When I used those things, that's where I got them.

I use these folks as well, they tend to have the best prices. Also this who Amazon uses so you may as well go direct.

I like Hammernutrition quite a bit, enough so that I wear/use their gear.

Of course it doesn't hurt that it's Voler stuff at fraction of Voler cost. :)
