I'd like to do a little more cool weather riding, but i can't seem to find any cycletights that go to my ankles. I found a couple of sets years ago when i was in a shop, but they seem to have shrunk over the years;) if you know what i mean. i know they are supposed to stretch, but the ankle zips seem to always close on my calves and that doesn't work well. a couple of longer sleeved jerseys would be nice too. 36inseam 37sleeve

Have you tried UnderArmor brand, rather than bicycle specific?
I got a pair of tights from Performance (their brand) and have leg length to spare. I'm not sure of my inseam but I'm 6' 3" and have long legs.

I am 6'3", 36 inseam. I found a pair of tights on Nashbar about a month ago that were talls. They were cheap, on sale for around $40, but they have worked well for me so far! They are pretty basic but have very good length.

I had to have a pair made from Foxwear, they came out very nice. You can choose different materials too.

I should add. The cheap tights from Nashbar are unpadded and I wear them over my cycling shorts. I like that I could also wear them jogging or cross country skiing.

Try shorts with leg warmers. It's much easier to get the required length (same things goes with jerseys/arm warmers). Plus it's cheaper.

There's only one answer: Foxwear.net. Great products & prices (I'm not affiliated, just a happy customer).
i have used performance, b-nash, along with many other tites/shorts. quality clothing, but:
Bellwether products, in my opinion, are far better. their xl fit comfortably for me where other xl are too tight. i tried xxl too from other companies, don't fit either...jersey have been an issue as well.
try Bellwether and good luck!

I got some from either Performance or Nashbar. They're plenty long. The only trouble is they don't have ankle zips. I'm going to keep wearing them until I wear them out.
