Road Bike Racing - 2 TT's 1.5 hours between them, what do to?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I race tomorrow. ITT starts at 10:52 and should take around 35 minutes. TTT starts at 1:06.
The course is flat, maybe windy, and about 16 miles.
What should I do between races?

Beer, bean burritos, whatever makes them keep you in the back.

eat lots in the first 0:30 and keep the legs warm by going for a ride.
Works for me, maybe not the best advice.
Keep riding for about 25 min after the first TT and continue to drink a drink other than water. Then stop, put your feet up, and have something to eat. Maybe even a light leg massage. Then get on your trainer and get a 30min warm up. Do as little a possible in between as far as walking.

I hate TTT's. So mentally tedious.
Doing the BUSA TTT championships this afternoon though (UK equivalent of NCAA). It's going to rain.
Road race tomorrow. I'm going to get dropped.
