Can everyone give me their oppinions and imput on running my pedals either way. I'am just wondering what advantages each way has. Iam an older rider (55) and just getting into ridding condition I'am not real strong on the hills but do ok on the flats . Thanks Warren

Warren: 'Older rider' at 55? It's all in the mind . . . at ages 75/72 we are still pedaling 100 miles a week . . . OOP, of course!
Seriously, give OOP a try for a couple weeks. If you like it, stick with it, if not, go back to IP.
Damb. You experienced riders make my stoker and me have conversations about OOP vs. IP. We're on the verge of ticking off our first 1k on the Burley Duet (998.5 miles on the 'puter) and looking forward to our new ride sometime next weekend.
