so i've found a bike on ebay that i may be interested in getting, older Italian frame. owner states that the chrome is peppered so i can't tell from the pics. if needed i'll rechrome it, but who does chroming and in the new england area? anyone have it done before, if so, what did it cost you for a frame and fork?
