Are these the same light just different branding or are they actually different?

Anyone compared the two side-by-side to know which is brighter/better?

The Smart light actually claims 190hrs runtime (flashing) vs 100hrs for the Planet Bike version.

ON another website (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=16534) lists the Smart as having only 30hrs flashing and constant 15hrs.

AFAIK Smart and Planet Bike are the same light, most likely made by a Chinese OEM and re-branded.

Same light. Also there is another brand it sometimes goes by called "Basta".
