My GF is 5'3'', and she wants to ride a bike.

She hasn't learned yet to ride, but I'm looking for something for her.

She's 5'3. I can't imagine her needing anything more than a 15'' bike right? I'd be looking for a mtb, or a rigid anything I can put treads on to go on light trails.

So, to my question. Anyone own anything that falls under this description for either... borrow, freebie(as in giving it away and/or don't want it anymore), or sell?

Don't trust those "inch" measurements since their meaning varies a lot from brand to brand, especially for mountain bikes. You need to test ride the bike. Be especially careful with top tube length.
