I'm heading up to Glenmont/ Delmar, NY next week and was wondering if there were any good rides up there to check out. I'm somewhat familiar with the area and was thinking 443 or 32 over to 143 then up 9W. I don't know if those are good riding roads or not. Preferably I'd want something less busy because I'd like to get away from Long Island riding.
