K well anyways, just remembered reading the thread on here about State Farm pulling the bicycle ad that they had running.
Anyways, I'm sitting here watching the Top Chef (Woo!) marathon Bravo is running right now and I see a Farmers HelpPoint commercial. Shows a guy in a suit riding what looks like a 16" bike on the parkway (i think) going home from his downtown office...
Honestly seems like the same thing to me if you ask me as State Farm going to, but I don't know. I'll continue trying to find a video of the ad online somewhere.

I found that one funny. He even passes someone on a standard sized bike (or is passed). Though I suppose all the whiners will barrage Farmers with complaints.

Heh I really didn't even find it offensive or anything, just thought it was funny that SF just pulled their bicycle ad and then like 30 minutes later I see this one ><
Yeah, I think he's passed by the other cyclist.

In the ad he occupies the right lane on an expressway, with a long line of cars backed up behind him, so a car passes him on the right on the shoulder.
I don't recall if he's shown wearing a helmet, or a leg band.
Not surprising to see an ad similar to State Farm, as the advertising industry copies incestuously.

How does one copy an ad, incestuously?
