Foo - What's dumber?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

A) The Bosox fan construction worker planting a Red Sox (D. Ortiz) jersey in the new Yankee Stadium concrete...
or
B) The Yankee organization threatening to sue the construction worker involved.
For me, without any doubt or question, it is most certainly (B).
That is all.
I don't see anything wrong with it. Hoffa could probably use a fresh shirt.

I vote:
C) The press for reporting it.

D) ME! for actually taking the time to reply to a forum thread I know absolutely nothing about! :p
Is there any actual evidence other than the guy saying he did it? What if he changes his story and says he just made the whole thing up? They probably are not going to get the jackhammers out to search for a buried jersey.

Ummm... that's the point. They already did, and they found the jersey. The proverbial smoking gun.

Anything that pisses off Yankee fans can't be all bad.

I had not heard that part of the story.

The dumbest part is that they spent the time to dig up the jersey. What did they do, torture the guy to find where he put it? I saw them dig it up on TV, they had to know where it was somehow.
The next thing will be revenge, now something else will get buried, or hidden.
I find professional sports in general to be dumb, but if you believe they are not, then this whole episode is just part of the fun of the game, and a great series of marketing stunts to create buzz and attract publicity and fans.

...and every few minutes you get to watch the guys spit brown fluid all over the ground, scratch their asses, and grab their crotches.

I think it's time to start looking for buried, cursed, jerseys around Comerica Park in Detroit. The Tigers are off to a truly awful start.
