I bought this off ebay awhile back as a complete bike, however, the frame doesn't fit me (a shame). Anyway the frame, fork and Chris King Headset are now for sale. The frame has been used and the paint isn't perfect and has the normal small scratches, paint chips, and such you would expect on a used frame, it does have one more serious scratch on the underside of the down tube (see pic) but it could be easily touched up. All in all the frame is in very good shape I just want to make sure there are no surprises. It does have a name decal but you could easily cover that with a sticker or something. For those who don't know Independent Fabrication is one the top hand-built frame builders in the entire world. New these cost $2000 plus the cost of the matching fork and $125 for the Chris King headset. Don't miss the chance to get an extremely high quality steel frame from one of Americas top frame builders at a fraction of the retail cost, this chance won't come again. Built right here in the USA with a patriotic paint job to match. Please note the Campy Record crank set seen in the pictures are not included and will be removed prior to shipping.

Sizing Info: The top tube length measured from the center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube is 58cm. The seat tube measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the top tube is 58cm. From the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube is 56cm. From the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat collar (the upper limit of the seat tube) is 59cm. The frames head tube measures 14 centimeters and there is 7.5 centimeters of exposed steerer tube on the fork.

I'm asking $1000 which is a steal.

Also if someone has a complete (or partial) SRAM Force or Rival group or maybe even an Ultegra or Dura Ace group send me a pm and we can talk about a trade. I also wouldn't mind picking up a nice dual suspension mountain bike so if your interested in a trade let me know.

I will consider reasonable offers. I don't want to take this with me when I move as it doesn't fit.

The guy I bought it from said it was a 2002 give or take a year, I'm not the original owner though so I can't make any garuntees all I know is what I was told. Steel Indy Fab fork built specifically for the frame (these aren't included from Indy Fab and cost extra). The frame is actually on ebay now if you want to check it out there:

Price lowered to $800, that's a steal for an Indy Fab. I would really like to sell this before I move in the middle of May.

Any reasonable offers? I am already taking a huge hit on this but would like to get rid of it before I move on the 15th.
