I got a new tire and am going to put it on, let the air out (along with most of the slime anti flat stuff in it too) and try to pry it off. Ive already broken one tire lever and cant make any inroads in getting the tire off. When I had a complete blowout flat tues on a ride I had the tire off, new tube in (stem ending up being too short so needed to call for a ride) tire back on in <5 minutes. I dont know why I cant get it off now. It doesnt feel like all the air is out even though it is. Could there be enough slime stuff in there that it isnt completly flat? If so how can I drain it of the slime? Im thinking Im just going to take it to the shop and have them deal with it. I have the deal with supergo where they replace all my tubes if I get puncture flats. Any help?

Make sure both beads are in the center of the rim, otherwise cut it off.

what klein means by this, is push on the side walls of the tire and "break" the bead, so that you can move the bead back and forth from the wall of the rim (putting the bead in the center of the rim) you must do this all the way around the tire otherwise you can run into some major difficulty. Also if the tire feels like it still has air, I would hold the valve open, and roll the tire back and forth on the ground while applying presure to the top (pushing the air/slime out)....

I hope that makes sense...
if you still have problems I would just take it to a shop and when they remove the tire ask them how they did it :) good luck

I bought two new KHS Flite 500 bicycles that came with Sunrims MZ14 wheels after breaking numerous tire tools and just having an unbelievable time trying to fix flats I went back to the bike shop and found out that the wheels were manufactured out of spec and they were under warranty. They were sent back to factory and repaired for free.

I don't know if this could be your problem cuz you said you changed flats on it before?
