On this Forum..!?!
Or what is the proper etiquette to do it.
I'm going back to a Rohloff hub set up and I don't need some new drive train parts I'm being collecting.
Anyway I want to give you guys first chance before they go on e-bay.
Hopefully this is not already "Un-cool"

There is the for sale section, post it up there and link to it here.
The forum rules in the For Sale section:
For Sale:
1) Posting in this section is limited to members who have upgraded memberships.
2) Threads are no longer required to link to a 3rd party website.
3) All sales are between the buyer and the seller - BikeForums.net or its agents will not act as intermediaries.
My opinion would be to not post here, i.e. posting for sale items should go to the for sale forum and under the above rules. However, what you posted has been done in this forum before, a sort of light for sale posting. Where items for sale come up in the discussion. Others have listed their for sale items in the signature line. I have not minded and I don't think most others in here mind, although I hope they will chime in if they feel otherwise ;). Although, I think postings by sales people of their product lines a day or two after they join the forums is in poor taste. Just my opinion.

As long as the poster is selling his/her own used gear I like seeing the posts. I want to hear when TG sells his new bike.
