Hi,

I just bought a triathlon carbon bike and now i am looking for a decent lock that is not heavier than my bike.

I looked around but could not really find anything decent.

here are my reqs:
light and small, does not have to be super secure, I wont leave my bike alone for long and in back alleys...
have an device to attach the lock to the bike, where its not in the way

the u shaped locks all looked to heavy and big... most of the cable locks where too heavy and in the way while cycling...

does anyone have a recommendation ?

cheers
bubba

If you just need to run into the 7-11 how tossing a ski lock in your jersey pocket?

Hmm, sounds like a retracting cable lock might work... here is one from master... I've seen others as well in the sports store... one had a metal casing, seemed alright for quick in and out. It will keep the honest people honest.
