Need help w/Cadence Kit

I just got a new CPU for my tri bike and it has a cadence kit. I've never used one before and have no idea how to install. Where do I run the cable for cadence kit?

Also, I'm on 650c x 23 wheels. Can someone please let me know what the size is that I should program? It's asking for a number. I thought I could just enter 650???

Any assistance would be appreciated.

There should be a little booklet that came with it, deceptively titled "Instructions". Get past the title and open the little booklet. A world of answers should open to you.
Or, go to you LBS and have them install it.
