Hey all, sorry for the Q, but I'm wanting to ask road riders and tri riders this one. How many days do I need to ride on a bike to show improvement, and for how long? An hour? Two? I'm running about 120+ mi / mo and swimming 1 hr 2-3x/week. I need to know how much I can fit in. Anyone have any good bike schedules?

It's not just frequency that matters but also duration and intensity. Depending on the race distance(s) you are training for these variables will be manipulated differently. So what distance is your 'A' race?
