Just a note, if you are linking to gore, please TAG your link for those who do not like the sight of gore. I am one of those, due to past life experiences.

That one has the best shock value to it. You may also enjoy the alternate version. (Again GORE)

Brutal, Juice, brutal.

Why don't we get cool PSAs like this?

You know them "Canadians" sound an awful lot like Americans. Where's the Canadian pride, eh?

Be careful, you might end up like this forklift driver:

Being a tradesmen, I've had to do a lot of "safety training". What I've found is that almost as an absolute rule, the more safety lectures and safety devices a company requires, the more dangerous the job becomes. That doesn't apply to basic PPE, but rather requiring harnesses at 3-10 feet, having idiotic rules about where you can be with certain equipment, having systems of "work permits" that take 24 hours to clear, this all lends itself to doing things the wrong way so as not to get thrown off job sites.

That said, those videos were both hilarious and terribly unrealistic for the most part. The very rare few folks that are that stupid don't tend to get put into positions to use dangerous equipment like that.

Those commercials are brutal. And for those who are complaining that the link wasn't tagged with gore, imagine it coming up while you're watching TV! That's how i first saw the commercials. I had to do a double take (it was the one with the burned electrocuted dude in the coffin), then laughed my arse off.

There was also a Prevent-it ad on the bus for the longest time with some guy holding up his amputated finger stumps. It was awfully eyecatching.

Haha, I bet it was shock when they came on.

What I find funny about forklifts... anyone who complains about the lack of brakes or other maintainence issues of the equipment usually isn't going to be there the next day on most job sites. So, the safety vids of immediately pointing out stuff just are humor of the absurd for me.
