I met several of them during the Tour de Orlando earlier this year and they seemed like a bunch of really cool guys. Some were really fast & others were still pretty good. They do have a list of weekly rides. Might at least get you started. While I was down there I visited David's World Cycle and they were extremely helpful with information regarding the area. I am sure you could call them & they would be able to help.
