Back in the saddle again

Well after my dehydration event last Friday I got an all clear from my doctor. I went out for a quick 15 miler yesterday (well maybe not so quick). And my wife and I went for a 25 miler today. Tomorrow we are going over to Maryland's Eastern Shore for some flatlands touring with a stay in a B&B in St. Michaels. If the photo ops are good I will post some pictures on our return.

So the "Major" medical emergency was just you wanting a lift home again:D:D:D

Surprising how quickly you can bounce back from something that will literraly lay you out. Glad to see the recover is working- but either take more water with it next time- Or buy a smaller bottle of the falling down juice.

The Eastern Shore was fun. Definitely flatlands, but very pretty. We spent the first day doing the "Oxford Loop," Easton to Oxford, to St Michaels, and back to Easton followed by a stay at a B&B in St. Michaels. Day 2 was in rural roads around the Blackwater Wildlife Refuge. Somebody wrote about the later in this weekend's Sunday Washington Post.
