July, through Canada and the U.S. Dual sporting it, so good trails are a must. What do I have to see? The BRP is on the list but it's still wide wide open. Allowing all of July to do this, can possibly run into August.

I can take heat, but anything more than say 35c in full riding gear is not gonna be tolerable for long. Not going to have a bicycle with me, of course, but I can at least meet up with whoever's interested and on the route:)

Planning on going as far north as Yellowknife and probably to the south coast.

So, what do I need to see while I'm touring? Any roads I have to do? Blue Ridge Parkway will be done if at all possible, what else? Can I do the BRP in a day without missing too much?

I'll have a route plotted tomorrow.

If you come through CO, I"ll ride with you for a bit. On the roads only, though!

Seneca Rocks WV. State roads 33 and 220 are a must. Redish Knob and Spruce Knob are good spots to picnic. There is so much fantastic riding in WV that you may not want to leave the state. I`m not from WV I`m just a guy that knows were to ride a MC.

Hey Joe! Good to see you around again! I'm taking a Honda CRF230L, which is a 230cc single dual purpose.

16 next month. Have to be sixteen to get a license here and as far as I know it's the same age in the states. I've been riding off road bikes for years, though. I realize it differs between street and dirt but a dual purpose should help keep it more similar.

230L would be a perfect bike for a month long trip. I'm a bit jealous, I have only put a few hundred miles on my F650 all year, I'm thinking its time to get rid of it...

Get yourself a rear rack, toss some soft bags on and just go! If your making it out west, there is some AMAZING riding in Montana, Idaho, Utah and Colorado. All sorts of back roads where you can ride all day and not run into anyone else.
