Framebuilders - Good beefy, horizontal dropout?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I'm converting a 650c frame w/ vertical dropouts to a polo/ramp/death fixed gear bike. I want to swap the dropouts... can anyone recommend something durable? I've never bought dropouts before, and am not sure what's out there. I'm primarily concerned with durabilty; weight or asthetics are a non-issue.
(i'm having a friend do the fire work)
*i said horizontal dropouts, i actually mean track dropouts, sorry.

Waterford makes stainless steel track dropouts for the 2800. They might be pursuaded to sell you a pair.

Get a pair from Henry James made for conversions. They are very strong and have enough extra metal on them to make it easier to do the swap.

That's the page where they are listed, you have to call to order.
I used Henry James Mountain dropouts (at the bottom of the above page) for my Bamboo Bomber project.
