Looking for some easy off road trails to take my GF riding, not Galbraith type stuff, but maybe more scenic easy riding. Any links to maps, or suggest a book or place to find more info?
Idea's?
Thanks

I used to live up there and there's some great paths/trails.

Thank you very much! I will check that out.
Here's a few easy favorites:
1) Railroad trail from Sunnyland up to Bloedel Donovan park. Some climing but a nice gentle grade. Can be combined with...
2) Whatcom Falls park. lots of easy trails and of course the falls.
3) From Squalicum Harbor to Fairhaven on paths (and the occasional sidewalk) around the bay. Nice and scenic.
The above are all nice easy rides with good sights, nothing technical or even difficult at all. Good for a ride with the GF I'd bet.

For a nice bike route map of the 'Ham.
Now if we can just get the snow to stop...
