I've heard them, but i'm not quite sure what to classify them as. At least they are actually making music, rather than simply recycling it.

their hip hop, but like most good music, they incorporate styles from many types of music

I don;t care for much hip-hop.. much of it just kinda drones on... but Outkast is great... so is Jurassic 5... positive sounding rap... not talking about killin', or smackin' ho's... just entertaining

Happy happy joy joy music. I love their old stuff and their new stuff. I can count the number of bands whose albums as a whole (lets say 80% of the album) I actually enjoy. This is one of those few bands I completely enjoy listening too.

Oh...and I don't like hip hop at all. Not sure what to classify (I don't want to) this as.1

I bought this for my wife on her bday (okay, it was actually for me) and it's the best album I've heard in years. It's an actual album, rather than just a collection of singles. Reminds me of Stevie Wonder and the Beatles in that way.

And Hey Yeah! reminds me of those great old Sly and the Family Stone songs.
