It was HOT

It was WINDY

It was PAINFUL

I FINISHED!!!

The write-up is so inspirational, it almost makes me want to do one.

If the ride was a bit shorter, the run a lot shorter, and the swim non-existent, I might consider it!

Congratulations, Chris. I was out there and saw the conditions in which you had to compete...awesome. Great report, hope to see you in Kona one day (you know, my man has the same desire :))

Great write-up Chris, thanks. Unfortunately, i don't think my knees will ever tolerate that much running, so it's Sprints and maybe an Olympic for me. As Markg says, 'Float, HAMMER, jog' :D
