Fort Gordon / Augusta Riders?

I'm currently moving to Fort Gordon (Augusta, Ga) and wanted to see if there are any BF members there? How's the riding? Any good LBS around?

We have three lbs that all have group rides. Chain Reaction bikes happens to be my favorite. There is a large road bike crowd in the csra. There is also allot of mtb trails in the area including fats trail system.

Aiken, just a short drive away. Outspokin Bicycle is good in aug. Army man or civilian working at FG?

cblack3- Thanks for the info. I just got to Gordon, and I'll be checking out the LBS's soon. I'm not much of a group rider, but one day soon maybe.

Enjoy Disgusta (as it is unlovingly called by those stuck in it). a friend of mine PCSd out of Gordon a few years back to move his family to Kansas City where his wifes family was before he shipped out to Iraq.
