A sturdier rack, and a very strong, 36 spoke minimum rear wheel if it doesn't have lowrider eylets.

The bike looks to be sweet. The most important thing is fit. Have you decided on the type of handle bars you are going to use? Nitto makes a very popular Noodle road drop bar that has some nice design elements. Nitto also makes the albatross, or the mustache. These are nice for commuting, very upright riding position to keep a keen eye on your surroundings. Keep the rack until it doesn't serve you any more. Wheel sets are easy to find. Make sure you choose your gearing to suit the terrain you plan to travel. If you need to climb hills, consider really low gears. 32 or 34 rear cog, 36 in the front. Pick some good puffy tires as well. Don't forget a patch kit and pump! Have a great time on it. I love Bianchis.
