OK, my regular Saturday morning group ride was washed out so I really need a good ride on Sunday. Looks like pretty good weather all day. Is anyone interested?

I will be starting with a group at 8:00 am.
Looks like a nice ride but I NEED to do the rollers in Barrington Hills. I am thinking of 8 or 9AM.
Anyone?
i'd love to ride with you, but couldn't ride until about 2pm.
Dang Niets, have my daughter's birthday party (today at Coco Key), and tomorrow with the family so I have to be back some time around 11AM. I would prefer the 8AM start but can push it back to 9.
8 or 9 would work for me, I think. Where do you want to meet?
Cool. How about 8AM at the Penny Road Pub?
Book it. I'm the guy with the green Camry and the blue Felt.
I'm in for an 8 am start at Penny Road Pub.
Excellent! I'll be riding over on my Cervelo (I live nearby).
Sugar Grove TT tomorrow....sorry. :(

I thought about that, but then figured, hey, why pay someone $25 to tell me how slow I am at this point in the season.
:(
i'm interested, how far / how long you thinking (just need a guess to get clearance from the tower)

i totally would do it for $10 at any point this season. :D
later.
I am planning to do two big loops, about 3 hours. It will be easy t do one loop at half that.
Count me in. Red Nissan with biking and Beatles bumper stickers. One loop for sure. Two if you guys don't kill me on the first one.
id like to ride with you guys also as i was gonna post on here that id like to start a sun morn ride group. how fast r u guys going (average speed), im not crazy fast so im just curious how fast i would be dropped.
Not sure about the others but I average 18-20 on this route on my solo rides. Group rides are usually quicker.
Good ride this morning. Beautiful weather. Tons of other riders in the area with the same idea to keep randomly turning left or right in the Hills.
I think I had something like 54 miles on the cyclometer.
Thanks to ColorChange for a great idea to meet up and to Rowdy and voldemort for joining in.
54 miles?
nice!
...no pix?
Really nice ride ... just about 20 miles further than I planned. I ended up doing 60 miles as I rode to the start. I only had two water bottles, no food or gels. I was really running low near the end and thank goodness Rowdy was taking long pulls the last 10 miles. I also had a a front flat at 37 mph ... yikes, hit a rock.
Thanks for CyLowes help with the freakin CO2 pump.
