I asked my dad a similar question once. He said: "Pull a number out of the air. If you still have it a month from now your price is too high. If you sold it, the price was too low."

I have one of those on my Atlantis...it was a gift three or four years ago, but my wife thinks she paid about $75. I thought it was overpriced at the time, but it's very well made, still looks like new and I use it all the time. Similar bags on the Riv site now (made by somebody else, I forget who) are about $100, I think.
I really like it, but that's a lot of damn money for a handlebar bag....
