Andrea Men posted this answer some time ago. I can find clamps in lots of places. Thi pillar is proving elusive. Is it a part of the clamp? If anybody knows, it would help fine tune a couple of bikes.

"Sorry for not answering earlier, but I am at home with a flue. Your issue with the seatpost is not new and your suggestion of making this information available on the website is a good idea.
A cheaper solution to changing your seatpost is to buy a simple seat pillar and a Brooks clamp. The clamp should give you some room to adjust the saddle a bit more to the back. You might want to try with your LBS.
