ebike recommendations

I would greatly appreciate some advice. I am looking to buy an e bike but am confused and little overwhelmed by the choices. I want to bike again after a lapse of some years because of health problems I cant go up hills well, against winds anymore without assist. I also want a bike that I can put on the back of my class b camper van to use to run errands and use on bike paths in campgrounds. I am a past middle age women with limited lifting power so can't lift a 75+ pound bike up onto a rack. I probably wont go more than 15 miles at a time and the highest speeds are most unlikely. Ease of use, agility, comfort of riding and of course reliability are most important to me. I am 5' 8" so size might be a factor. Cost is important, not ready to spend much more than $1500 and cheaper is better.
