Hi.
Originally from the west coast, I'm in NY now. I'm trying to get back into riding. Pulled out my old Marin mountain bike. Need to fix it up a little. But can't wait to hit the road. It's been a good 4 years since I rode daily.

Hi.. I'm in Manhattan, not the kind of riding im used to. But also want to hit some dirt up the in Catskills or somewhere.

You're right I will need some mechanic advice.

Check out the regional forums--I don't know how many members are lurking in Manhattan, but there must be a few.
