i'd suggest using punctuated sentences and spell check.

i'd suggest using punctuated sentences and spell check.

Good advice.

Having said that, if I take yer meaning, you've got a schwinn crossfit and you want to make it sort of cyclocrossy. Go for it. I'm riding around on a trek 700 which is very similar to the crossfit, I put drops on it, bar end shifters, etc., and it's a decent ride. What you replace is up to you and how much money you want to spend. Those 700c hybrids from the 90s make good cyclocross conversions in general.
