I just got home a few minutes ago. Everything went well with my flights today and had zero problems getting back to NC. I want to give a really big thank you to all the SoCal folks that helped to make my trip there so much fun.

I especially want to thank DaveSanyyz, jschen,and efficiency for providing my transportation to and from the airport, schlepping my bike box around and getting me to the rides.

I also want to thank all those that came out to ride with me. I spent the most time with chucklehead, grumpy pig, jschen, ME and Cleave but there were others I met and rode with briefly. Thanks to you all for taking the time to ride with me!

I'll post reports of each ride when I get the pics uploaded tomorrow. :)

I'm sitting in a hotel in Boston right now. A far cry from the San Gabriel mountains. ;)

Anyway, I was very glad to have the opportunity to meet you and ride with you. You've actually done one thing in SoCal that I've never done -- have a post ride "meal" with ME (and Jason ;) ). I'm going to have to make my way out to NC and ride some eastern mountains before too long.

Hi,

Need I say more? (And I won't since ME isn't here to defend herself.) :)

I will say that I've met and ridden with some great people due to BikeForums.
