There is a free all day Earth Day/Car Free (http://www.wilshirecenter.com/earthday/) event today, including a ride with LACBC at 2:30pm on Wilshire between Hobart and Harvard.

Being Tuesday, I rode my bike to work as usual. Some of my coworkers who didn't know my routine thought I was doing it for earth day.

When I was leaving the park somebody in a car yelled out "Thanks for riding a bike"...haha

I wish everyday was Earth Day...;)

Meh, I got buzzed by more cars than usual yesterday going up La Tuna. One of them was even a government vehicle. We're talking I felt the wind from the side view mirror specifically!

I was once yelled "Get a Car!!" while waiting to make a left hand turn at an intersection. :lol:
