I just thought It would be interesting to have an analisys (sp?) of us all.....
(looking at heart rate etc)
Resting heart rate upon waking: 44bpm
Height: 181cm (just under 6ft)
Weight: 69kg~ give or take a lil
Cycling Code: Competitive Road
Average weekly distance: 200-300kms
Normal weekend ride distance: long day is 100-135km
Nightly sleep: 6-11hours

My resting heart rate is 46 in the morning and around 52 mid day.
As of now I am only riding about 50mi a week(mtb) and running about 25 to 30mi depending on how I feel.
Soon as I top out at 145.5kg (approx. 320lbs) I will start to diet down for next season (football).
My ideal training rate is 145 to 155bpm.

Normal weekend ride distance: 50-90km with 1400-2500meters vertical (i ride mountains) --- usually both saturday and sunday (not in winter)
annual vertical meters: 85,000meters (281,000ft) in 2003- 65,000m in 2002

Max Hr: about 192 (haven't seen over 188 in a while)

big goal for 2004: TransAlp Challenge in July -- 8 day MTB stage race with 450km and 22,000 meters vertical (that's an _average_ of 2750meters vertical PER DAY) - as 2-person team (probably racing with my girlfriend which is awesome!) - it's touted as the "hardest MTB race in the world"

Lance Armstrong can ride so fast he could use a uranium or neptunium bike weighing 8999999 kg and still slaughter all competitors
