Quick Dinotte question

I need a helmet-mount light for commuting. Two are on sale for great prices right now:

DiNotte 200L-AA-S
DiNotte 200L-AA-L

What's the real difference aside from the integrated rear light on the L? Why does the L cost $30 less?
