OK, so some of you are aware that I recently purchased a digital camera. Last Sunday I decided to go for a 176km ride and try it out. Now I've finally found time to upload the results.
The early part of this ride followed Currumbin Creek.

Looking towards the Cougals, Boyd's Butte and Springbrook (dominating the skyline in the background). The only cloud I saw all day.

Did I mention that I got three flats on this ride? Well, the last happened just after descending from here.

A good day for flying a kite (or riding home into a headwind). Who can tell I'm having fun with my new toy? :D
Very beautifull Chris. A real treat to cycle through.
For a moment, when I saw your post heading I thought you had payed us a visit to the Uk as we also have a Tweed valley on the Scottish/English border region and also known for its beautifull surroundings,in a more "genteel" way.
Full of big fish the river (Salmon) the rich fisherman will pay large amounts of money for just one day at the best spots....

You do realise, of course, that now I will have to pay you a visit, and it's all your fault. :D
