If I can find what I consider a good deal, then I plan on buying a used TT Bicycle tomorrow. Run by a local bike shop, which happens to be a TRI/TT LBS & with a fit. My question is how much off can I expect. Obviously condition, & damage will be a factor. Expect CERVELO/ORBEA to be main bicycles available since shop sells these brands. From looking on internet & EBAY seems to be a 30-40% off. Do not want to insult anyone with an overaggressive offer, but also do not want to pay too much either. Less than 20% & will buy new.
Thanks for the help.

Ebay has alot of good deals, you could save 25% to 75% on a barely used tri bike.
