Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Broke 500 outdoor miles for the year

On my way in to work today I broke the 500 mile barrier for my bike. Of course there are still all those indoor miles from earlier in the year, but I'm pretty happy about getting to the 500 mile mark for outdoor riding. Added bonus is that this is my first week were I was able to pull off commuting via bike three days. If I get out tomorrow and can get ~25 miles in I'll hit my first 100 mile week for this year (first is 4 years too).

Nice Job. Hitting a 100 mile week is a big accomplishment. I had to do a short 5 mile ride last Saturday to hit my second 100 mile week in a row. Knowing you are close to a goal is great motivation. I will be taking the long way home tonight to make sure I hit 100 again this week.

Awesome! That puts you way ahead of me. I got out today for the first time in ages. I'm riding -- just not outside most of the time.

Well,ya got me beat.
Cycling with the club I just hit 300. (do I get points for riding in temps under 48 degrees?)
I believe I'm at just under 100 for non club riding.
Springtime on the Niagara Peninsula is brutal..They're talking possible wet snow tommorow!:eek:
