It's 4:30am. I'm up (or typing in my sleep) and ready - so freaking ready. I don't care what happens today. I know it's going to be a tough one. The challenge will be difficult. I'm all over it.

good luck, im always amazed/impressed with your intensity! I actually take measures to put the race out of my mind or the butterflies set in and my mind starts spinning a million miles an hour. I would actually prefer not to think about the race untill I put my front tire on the line...this is never the case.

IM up also because Ive got a race in 4 hrs so i slept like ****...stupid races (see you guys at Wente)
