Well, at times a whole bunch of us had a great time on "chat." Up to 8-9 folks. So, anyway, we enjoyed it! Right, Koffee?

When we made an announcement, lots of folks would show up. Sometimes as many as 15- 20 people would show up.
If you entered the chat room without letting others know, then there wouldn't be anyone there, which it was such a drag. Hopefully, we can get a new chat room that would show who's in the chat room at all times so people could jump in and not wait around for others to make an announcement or someone to get bored enough with their own life to jump in too.
I would also loooooove to see a feature where we could do semi-private chats and stuff like that too.

I believe that was possible on the chat we had - you just clicked on the person's name for a private conversation.

Yes, but that was only one-on-one. I was thinking more along the lines of being able to chat privately to multiple people, not just one.

Good suggestions. I have the chat up and running, and it works in private at this time. I want to add it to the forum soon, but need to wait for the forum software to come out of beta stage. I expect that to happen when I am out of town, so look for a big update right at the end of the year :)
