We went for a real ride yesterday just to get our legs spinning in preparation for next weekend's City of Angels Fun Ride. We rode longer than planned (as is often the case) and it felt good to be back in it again.

Hubby had a little mishap on his bike..... the full report is on my blog (http://jimnjenonbikes.wordpress.com/2008/04/26/back-in-the-saddle-again/).

It felt good to get out in the sunshine, good for me both mentally and physically. Today I spent all day in the garden -- a little too warm for that today but I couldn't resist being out there again, in the sun, puttering and planting, weeding, tending to something over which I have some control.

A ride that went reasonably good and some quality gardening time. If the husband is okay I'd say this is a good day. Glad to hear you are getting back in the groove.

Anyone who can get 34 years out of a chain is having a whole string of good days! Great ride report!
