Single and ready to ride..... so what are they trying to say?
The little red star is eliminating all the entertainment.
i'd love to get me a biker chick! haha, ohhhh google ads, we had to block all the motorcycle ads on bikewire same issue
Thanks for posting a picture everyone here can already see. You're really bringing that extra something to BF.
It does? Adblock works so well.
I'm pretty sure that Google isn't serving up that ad, but I'll pass this along.

+1

I've been seeing it for a couple of months now. Got a chuckle out of it for a while.
Of all the people on this site, I'd imagine you would. ;)
And by "bikers" they mean, on motorcycles. Not bicycles.

well, not everyone can see them... I only got my redstar recently, but had noticed this a few weeks ago. I thought that it was wierd that a "biker" social site was advertising here.

That's what struck me, the idea of the cigarettes, the leathery skin, and the fringed leather jackets? Not what I had in mind...
I'm glad we know about this now. Brian is the one who communicates with the Internet Brands people about advertising issues, and he can't pass along members' objections to some ads without specific examples. Don't hesitate to let him know about ads like this in the future.

Add my objection to that ad ... it's embarrassing when it shows up when I'm on a public computer (i.e. library). I'm here for cycling, not for inappropriate advertizing.
Ha - how about when someone walks in your office and that shows up? I am soo glad I can stay logged on at work so as not to see ads.

That's a pretty poor stereotype, don't you think?
btw the ad's still there - just letting folks know.

Well, IB wasn't even open when you posted...
got em all blocked:crash:
yay NoScript!

Yeah, that's quite obvious. First thing you see when you open BF.
