The rear rack looks to be a new style Tubus Cosmo (http://www.tubus.com/vergroesserung.html?rubrik=600&bild=2007_08_09_11_12_28_5), and the front looks to be a Tubus Nova (http://www.thetouringstore.com/TUBUS/Nova/NOVA%20PAGE.htm)

I was considering these as they are quite beautiful but they are one of the heaviest of the Tubus racks so I ended up with the standard black.

The rear Cosmo is interesting as it allows you to hang the panniers lower thus lowering the centre of gravity.
