For sale is my first road bike that I had last year converted to singlespeed. Specs/details listed below. Reason for selling is that I haven't been riding it and I would like to make some room.

Specs/Features/Geometry of a stock 2006 Specialized Allez Sport here (http://www.specialized.com/bc/SBCBkModel.jsp?arc=2006&spid=21592)

History: Bought the bike new in August of 2006. Few upgrades to it, and put around 800 miles on it, then upgraded to a new bike. Converted the bike to a singlespeed last fall. Great condition. Two small scratches on top tube that have been touched up (mistake of mini camera tripid mounted without padding).

Specs -

Frame: Specialized A1 Premium Aluminum, double-butted tubing, compact road geometry

Fork: Specialized carbon fork, carbon fiber legs, Cr-Mo steerer

Handlebar: Specialized Zertz Comp handlebar, racing drop, 31.8 clamp

Stem: Specialized Pro, 3D forged alloy, 31.8mm bar clamp, 4- position adjustable

Crankset: Sugino Comp, five arm, polished arms

Things that are different from stock:

Wheels: Bontrager Race Lite Aero (F/R)
Tires: Continental Gatorskins 700x23c
Brake levers: Tektro
Gearing: 42x18

Bike will come with the stock saddle (Specialized Body Geometry).

Pedals, computer, and bottle cages not included.

how's chain tension kept with the vertical drop outs?

When I did the conversion, the original plan was to possibly use a chain tensioner and go with a 42x16. But with teh 42x18, the chain was perfect, and I chose to go that route for aesthetic purposes of not using a tensioner. Hope this helps -
