Watch out! I'm back training on my C'dale (22 pounder) for a bit until the SL-1 issue is resolved. I'm looking forward to it. She has taken a back burner since December. Now she will be getting a workout from the massive quads I call "left leg and right leg." Pretty creative with the names, huh?
Anyway. My first real workout will be Wednesday for 5 sets of 5m VO2s. Should be fun. Hell, I've become sissyfied training on a 16 pounder anyway. Time to HT ... oh, you know.

My son broke the frame on his Felt F55 so he is using my old Cannondale R600 to race on unitl he gets a replacement frame. The old C-Dale Looks kind of cool with "Williams wheels" on it. He can't complain too much about the bike as he took a 2nd and also scored a win on the bike.:D
Jet,
Did your son get 1st and 2nd in the same race? I knew Cannondales were great race bikes!

He got 2nd two Saturday's ago and 1st this past Saturday in the RATL series. My Roubaix Expert got about 15th in both races. If his new frame does not arrive in time for this weeks race I may consider switching bikes with him.;)
