3 days ago it was 60+ degrees and sunny. i was wearing shorts and sweating.

2 days ago we had quarter sized hail

yesterday it was 55 degrees and sunny.

this morning it was 30 degrees and we had blizzard like conditions. it was snowing sideways, i could hardly see anything during my commute.

this afternoon its 45 degrees and sunny and there is no evidence of a snowstorm.

i've lived here my whole life.

the fact that the weather went from winter to late spring in the course of several hours today really threw me off.

C'mon down and we'll go for a ride in July. We'll leave my house where's it's 80 degrees and I'll tell 'ya to bring a jacket. A jacket? Yeah, because once we cross XX street (it varies daily), the temp will be 55!

Story time: my favorite Superweek story (one of them)

They had a road race on Washington Island and we shared the ferry ride with a team from California. This is mid to late July mind you. My friend and I had winter jackets, winter hats, gloves, tights ... the Cali guys had ... well, goose bumps, and were visibly shivering.

After the morning road race, there was a criterium in Green Bay in the evening ... we were away from the water now, and the wind was from the southwest. I swear it was 90 degrees there. It was HOT!! What a weird day.
