I have above seat steering on my Vision r40, here's a pic:

As you can see I had a handlebar bag on my bars. I don't like it. It blocks my vision slightly and it's awkward.

So what I'm looking for is a bag that could attach to the riser and hang down, in between my legs (that doesnt sound right..).

Does anyone have anything like that on their bents? Does anyone with above seat steering have any ideas for mounting some type of bag? I'm trying to get something figured out before I go on my next long tour, next month.

yea I did that already. Thanks, but they didnt have what I was looking for. I'm hoping someone else has found something that works for them...
