so i have some basic knowledge and need some help putting some stuff together.
first:
front derailler is not working at all. put tension on it and its not pulling it all the way. (downtube shifter)
second:
rear derailliuer is 8 speed and and downtube shifter is 9 speed. it wont move the chain but it will shift.
third:
brakes! i can never get any brakes to work ever.
dual pivot brakes and aero levers. how do i get these things to work?
ps this is a fresh build. i can do all the adjustments but i cant get it to function by putting it together.
